What is the Patron Portal?

Ticket holders can use their ticket like a gift card for concessions or team store while at an event. Account holders can use the Patron Portal to add value to their account, as well as transfer the balance to any tickets. Simply scan the ticket barcode at point of sale to complete purchases.

How do I check my available Patron Account balance?

Use your Patron ID to login to the Patron Portal to see you account balance.

What if I forget my password?

Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the log-in screen to get a temporary password emailed to you and instructions on how to reset it.

How do I add funds to my Patron Account?

From the Add Value link in the main navigation, you can instantly load funds to your account or set-up an automatic reload schedule to top up the account balance at a set interval.

If I choose an automated reload option, when will the reload occur?

he automated reload will start from the date the schedule has been created (i.e. a weekly automated reload schedule set up Wednesday January 18, 2023, would be automatically reloaded on Wednesday January 25th, 2023)

Can I receive a receipt when I add value to my Patron Account?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I adjust value on my tickets?

From the Manage Tickets page, you can transfer value between tickets and your Patron Account.

If I gift seats to someone else with value attached, what happens to the value?

The value will also be forwarded with the seats.

What happens to unused funds attached to a ticket after the game is completed?

Unused funds are automatically returned to your Account Balance.

What happens to my un-used Patron Account balance once the season is over?

Any remaining value on your account at the end of the season will be available as a credit on your account, it does not expire.
